The Art of Leadership Training Program
No time to send your leaders to an intensive leadership development program, yet talent development is on your to do list. This intensive 36-hour program (7 to 8 months) may be for you and those leaders to whom you are committed to advancing their leadership capabilities.
This certificate program has been designed over an extended time frame to accommodate the learners work schedule and the integration of the learning into their work lives as they apply their understanding in real time. It is a cohort model (requires a minimum of 3 learners working together) of education and supports self-directed and sustainable learning while building the foundations of community-based learning and its many benefits.
